SCOPE OF WORK

  • Cover Art

    For those who need a good looking illustration and title art for their book.

  • Chibi Characters

    Designing a set of cute chibi characters for emojis, icons and what not. Well, hopefully it comes out cute~

  • Illustrations

    Complete illustrations for your projects or IP.

  • Character Design

    Basically, I’ll create an image of your desired character over a white background (or some background).

For Authors Seeking Commissions..

First time commissioning an artist? Or maybe you’ve commissioned other artists before— either way, here’s some information I hope can help you.

  • So.. what’s your budget? That’s the first thing I’ll ask you before proceeding into a negotiation.

    Instead of having a fixed rate as some people would, I think it would be for your convenience if I gave you a range instead.

    The quality of the illustrations and the time I invest in the work will depend on the amount you’re able to commit.

    Range: 300USD-1000USD

    *For a full cover paperback, typically I’m comfortable with a minimum of 500.

  • Deposit is 50% of the full commission price. And before you commit to anything, I’ll create a few sketches for you to confirm before you pay the deposit. Hence if you feel that it isn’t what you’re looking for, you’re free to cancel the commission no probs!

    As for the mode of exchange, it would be through Paypal.

  • Discord or Instagram DMs. Though I prefer discord if possible because then your notifications won’t get washed away by the hundred other distractions.

  • Not knowing what to expect from an artist can be scary ;)

    So for your knowledge of my workflow:

    1. First we’ll discuss about your needs and budget for your project.

    2. Fill in the commission template here to help me get a grasp of what it is that you need.

    3. I’ll begin a sketch, and it’ll be passed back and forth for any changes, slowly building up the artwork.

    4. Payment of the deposit (50%) to begin once the coloured sketch is approved by you. After which I’ll begin refining it to a final polish.

    5. Confirmation of the final artwork, payment of the remainder (50%) of the commission fee

    6. I’ll send you the artwork via email.

    7. EXTRA: It’s important you talk about big changes early in the process as it would be difficult for me to change in the finalization phases of the art.
